I’m very happy that I am a patient at Triple Cities Family Dental. They are professional, honest, respectable, and very friendly. I have never been unsatisfied with any service I have received.

Every time, I come here, their employees have always very friendly and cheerful with me. Whenever you need help their employees are often willing to help as long as it is within their control. Even though my dentist does pop in for like 5 minutes, I don't hold it against him, because you have to understand that dentists have to see as many patients as possible in a given day. He is always so kind and sometimes makes jokes. So, it's all good. I sometimes find their parking lot to be somewhat challenging, but again, they are doing the best they can with space so we can't fault them for that. And when you need to make a cancelation, they are always so nice about it, and they understand that life happens. So, I overlook things like the parking lot, because their commitment to quality has been pretty high. Of course, there may be people that disagree with me and that's fine. I'm okay with that.

As someone with severe dental anxiety, this was honestly the best experience I’ve had as an adult (by far). Susan & Dr. Underwood were caring, patient, and explained everything thoroughly. We created a treatment plan and I am feeling so comfortable in preparation for my next visit. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking for exceptional dental care.

My 92 year old Mom has had the same dentures for many, many years and was having problems with sore gums. All the staff at Triple Cities Family Dental were wonderfully patient in dealing with her and were very understanding and helpful to me in filling out questions on their intake forms that I had missed. My Mom was happy with how quickly we got in and out and with the care she received overall. I would definitely bring her back again!

Sarah, my dental hygienist, Is the best! She’s both proficient and gentle and cleaning my teeth. Her empathy for her patients is second to none. She’s both a good professional and a good person. Dr. Underwood is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He has done very complicated procedures for me, sometimes having to innovate mid procedure. It always comes out great. If you want to get him to stick around the office a little longer, get him talking about football! He’s just a good guy.
